So this is what it is all about. I go to Japan with too many cameras, my carry on bag is heavy as hell and the security in Halifax wants to teach me some kind of lesson. It is lost on me as I am as cool as zen can be. I am going to see my daughters for the first time in a year. There have been times when I have not seen them in as many as three years. Master of Security gets no reaction from me, I win and catch my first flight in my 24 hour journey.
I go see my kids, I go through all kinds of hell. Be it hell, halfway around the world from them or trying to make schedules work when I am just a couple miles away from them. They know I love them and they know that there are going to be camera shutters going off when they just want to be kids.
I love doing action shots but I also adore capturing my family on film. This is one of those treasured moments and I could do it for your family. I go close for portraits and I go far so more of the scene is revealed. I capture action or everything can also stand still.
We were tourists in their own town, I used to work for the board of education just a couple blocks from this shrine. So many memories, so many feelings and we're going to keep diving into the future and new special moments.
Think about it, you or someone you know would love some family photos this holiday season. I want to help with that. I have special rates now as my webpage has launched this week. I am looking to add to my portfolio, it grows from now. I am not filling it with old images. I want to go into 2017 with fresh, epic and tasteful photographs of friends and families among the corporate clients, the list grows.
Yes, I shoot video and there will be more of that showing up here but I am in no rush. I want to show you that I am serious about the quality of the work that I do. I value relationships, I want images and videos that speak from the heart. It isn't just a visual medium, the language of photography can make you feel. Feel like I do when I look at two beautiful girls at a shrine, where their father loved them so much he took their photo.
